Orkato support

Orkato is available in English and German. It follows your iPhone’s language; to change it, open Settings › Language in Orkato (this opens iOS Settings).
Restore purchases
The Full Version is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. On a new iPhone or after reinstalling, open Orkato and tap Settings › Full Version › “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Ads
- Banners appear only in the gallery and in settings, never during a run. Video ads play only when you start them.
- The Full Version has no ads.
- Orkato requests only non-personalized ads. All ads are rated for all ages.
- To change your ad privacy choices, go to Settings › Privacy › Ad privacy choices. The row appears when your region requires it.
- Seeing an inappropriate ad? Settings › Privacy › Report an ad opens a prepared email. You decide whether to send it.

Daily Tower
- Every day there is a new Daily Tower, the same for everyone. Orkato shows when the next one arrives in your local time on the Daily Tower screen (“New tower at …”).
- You get one ranked attempt. It counts from the first block you remove. After that, practice the same tower as often as you like, unranked.
- The leaderboard needs Game Center. If you play offline, your result is submitted later, as long as the same Daily Tower is still running.
- Can’t start a ranked attempt? That happens if you already played today (also on another device with the same iCloud account), in the last 5 minutes before the change, or if the iPhone’s clock was set back. With assist on (“Tap twice to remove”), the attempt counts as unranked.
No vibration?
- In Orkato, set Settings › Haptics to “On” or “Gentle”.
- On your iPhone, check Settings › Accessibility › Touch › Vibration. If it is off, Orkato can’t vibrate either.
